The company won the bid for the office building project of Botswana National Sports Commission
On December 5, good news came from Botswana. The National Sports Commission of Botswana finally awarded the project of DESIGN- FINANCE- BUILD-OPERATE AND TRANSFER OF THE BOTSWANA NATIONAL SPORT COMMISSION HEAD – OFFICE BUILDING to the company and project consortium members.
The project is located in Gaborone, the capital of Botswana, and is invested and constructed in PPP mode. The design, finance, build, operate and transfer of the project are all implemented by the consortium. The scope of the works includes the construction of a new seven-story office building with two wings, as well as supporting facilities such as parking lots, fences, power distribution rooms, and landscaping etc.
