The company has recently secured three projects in Fuzhou's Donglin New District. The projects include road improvements for the eastern section of Linggu Peak Avenue (from Pufeng to Shankou Village), peripheral environment enhancement for the standardized factory buildings and supporting facilities in the New Building Materials Industrial Park, and building renovations for Pufeng New Village (Phase I).

The Linggu Peak Avenue project is set to improve a 3.76-kilometer section of the main road in Qiligang Town. Key components of the project include roadway pavement rehabilitation, enhancements to traffic facilities, and essential maintenance work.

The New Building Materials Industrial Park project will focus on municipal road construction and environmental upgrades around the standardized factory buildings in the park.

Meanwhile, the Pufeng New Village project entails the refurbishment of ten existing residential buildings. The work encompasses roof repairs, gutter reconstruction, exterior wall upgrades, and improvements to the electrical and plumbing systems.
